PRESIDENT ROY MARTIN HAS PLANNED A SPECIAL PROGRAM which will commemorate the founding of our Navy League Council on its 50th anniversary. An invitation is extended to all, so come and join fellow members as we “launch” our 51st year, a new incoming president and the 2008 Board of Directors.

Almost 50 years to the day, Council celebrates the date on which the newly formed Richmond Council received its official charter from the Navy League’s National Headquarters.
